Listen to the Music of Nature by Patrick Mack at Williams Park

This bee stands at the entrance of William’s Park, playing songs for its visitors. This was installed in 2021 by the late artist Patrick Mack as a reminder of the natural music that surrounds us. Next time you’re walking along the paved trail in Williams Park, shooting hoops, or meeting up for a playdate, take a moment to stop and listen to the chirps from the trees or buzzing wings overhead.

Murals at Blast Off Playground

While you’re at Williams Park, be sure to visit Blast Off Playground, where colorful, space-themed artwork brightens every corner. Inspired by the former Challenger Learning Center in Brownsburg, the playground continues the space theme with shooting stars, moonwalks, and rocket-shaped structures, all painted by volunteers!
Sewer Covers in Arbuckle Acres Park


Have you ever noticed those cement structures sticking out of the ground along the walking trail by White Lick Creek? Thanks to the Brownsburg High School’s National Art Honor Society, these cement covers feature artwork of local flora and fauna. Keep an eye out next time you’re walking through the park. Art on the B&O Trail
Artwork is woven throughout the B&O Trail, offering surprises at every turn. Don’t miss the “Homeward” sculpture on CR 500, installed in 2025 by the B&O Trail Association and created by Kansas-based artist David Vertacnik.
As you head east, explore the tunnels designed for safe crossings at major intersections. The tunnel under Northfield Dr. showcases vibrant 3D native flowers, while another honors Brownsburg’s racing heritage. At the Ronald Reagan tunnel, discover colorful paintings celebrating Indiana’s history.


Near Virgil Park, enjoy a unique bird’s-eye mural depicting trail users walking dogs, running, and even a tribute to the trail’s founders, Hall and Diana Virgil.
