The Town of Brownsburg is pleased to share that plans are moving forward for a new Kroger grocery store within the Heritage Hills Planned Unit Development, located on the south side of Brownsburg.
The proposed store will be located at the southwest corner of South Green Street and Northfield Drive. The main grocery building is planned at approximately 99,000 square feet. Plans also include an accessory fueling station.
“We are excited to welcome a second Kroger grocery store to Brownsburg,” said Town Council President Ben Lacey. “We regularly hear from families about the importance of convenient, accessible shopping options, and this project is an opportunity to bring those services closer to where people live and work.”
The company is currently working with nearby neighbors to address concerns. The proposal is expected to be reviewed by the Advisory Plan Commission before advancing to the Town Council for consideration later this summer.
