Calling all Brownsburg pups and their people! Whether you’ve got a playful retriever, a curious terrier, or a laid-back senior pup, Cardinal Bark Park is the go-to spot for four-legged fun.
Conveniently located in Cardinal Park at 3432 Hornaday Road and adjacent to the popular B&O Trail, this two-acre fenced-in play area offers plenty of space for dogs to run, play, and socialize.
Why You’ll Love It
Named Indy’s Best by Fox 59, Cardinal Bark Park is thoughtfully designed for pets and their owners. The park features two separate fenced-in sections:
One for large dogs
One for small dogs under 30 pounds
These designated areas help ensure a comfortable and secure experience for pups and their people. Each section includes natural elements that encourage play and exploration and ample room for high-energy dogs to stretch their legs.
But it’s not just about the dogs; owners can enjoy the park too. You’ll find:
Public restrooms just outside the fenced area
Shaded seating areas and benches
Walking paths for a relaxed stroll
A wash station for muddy paws
Water fountains for both humans and canines
How to Join the Pack
A dog park membership is required to help maintain a clean and friendly environment. Members must be 18 or older to register and can apply online through the Cardinal Bark Park Application. Proof of current pet vaccinations is required at the time of registration.
