The Town of Brownsburg is proud to support our ongoing partnership with The Willow Center as they continue to invest in the health and well-being of our community’s youth.
In August, The Willow Center packed and distributed 1,620 mental wellness toolkits to students and staff at Brownsburg Community School Corporation (BCSC). Each toolkit is designed to give students and educators accessible resources to build resilience, practice coping skills, and support positive mental health.

Tools for Coping, Focus, and Stress Relief
Developed in collaboration with BCSC guidance counselors, each toolkit promotes coping skills, mental focus, and stress reduction. The kits include stress- and anxiety-relief tools, journals, and mindfulness resources that encourage healthy ways to manage challenges both inside and outside of the classroom.

Accessible to All Students and Staff
The toolkits are available for all BCSC students in grades K–12 and staff members. Teachers can provide them in the classroom whenever a student needs extra support, and students are encouraged to take the kits home to continue using the resources beyond the school day.
Supporting Youth Wellness in Brownsburg
The mental wellness toolkits are part of the Town’s ongoing partnership with The Willow Center, funded through state opioid settlement funds. In addition to providing treatment scholarships for youth struggling with substance use, this initiative helps equip Brownsburg students with tools for resilience, emotional health, and a brighter future.
