The Town of Brownsburg is pleased to share that plans are moving forward for a proposed Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
The project is located behind the Brownsburg Village Center retail center, south of the I-74 on-ramp and east of N. Green St. The development is currently scheduled for review by the Brownsburg Advisory Plan Commission later this spring.
“This proposal is another example of the strong momentum we’re seeing in Brownsburg’s commercial areas,” said Town Council President Ben Lacey. “Projects like this help expand dining options and support local jobs. Brownsburg continues to be an attractive destination for quality restaurants and investment, and we’re happy to see interest from a well-known brand like Texas Roadhouse.”
Like many businesses, Texas Roadhouse independently selected this location after conducting its own market analysis, which considers factors such as population, traffic counts, market trends, and alignment with local planning documents, including the Town’s transportation and comprehensive plans.
