Made in Brownsburg

Brownsburg’s ideal location with highway access and top racing facilities makes it a prime location for motorsports manufacturing.

Established in 2005, Don Schumacher Motorsports (DSM) was founded as a specialty parts manufacturer and R&D center for Don Schumacher Racing’s (DSR) fleet of championship-winning NHRA race cars and has since grown to become one of the leading parts suppliers for race teams competing across multiple motorsports industries. Its 20,000 sq. ft. facility includes 25 high-speed machines and a dedicated engineering and quality team.

“For years, top race teams have trusted us to make parts they could rely on,” said Chad Osier, President of DSM. “We are manufacturing 11,000-horsepower powerplants that go from zero-to-330-mph in less than four seconds; this is a real testament to our focus on quality, precision, and talent.”

In 2020, DSM announced its operational expansion into the automotive, defense, equipment/manufacturing, and aerospace industries. In early 2023, the company announced plans to invest $10.5 million to expand its campus and services with new machinery and build a second operational facility.

“We’re excited for this next phase as we continue to expand our motorsports, aerospace, and defense manufacturing infrastructure,” said DSM President Chad Osier. “Brownsburg has proven to be a great location for us, with access to top talent and proximity to our customers.”
