Brownsburg to Host Hiring Fair to Fill Local Employment Gaps

In response to local employment needs, the Town of Brownsburg and WorkOne are excited to announce the return of the Brownsburg Hiring Fair on April 9, 2025.

The Brownsburg Hiring Fair will be at Connection Pointe, 1800 N. Green St., in Brownsburg, from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Attendees can enter through Door #10. Job seekers of all experience levels and backgrounds are encouraged to attend.

The hiring fair will feature a wide range of industries, including education, healthcare, distribution, motorsports, construction, hospitality, and government, with the goal of connecting skilled individuals with local businesses.

“Workforce is the most important aspect of a company’s decision to locate or expand in Brownsburg,” said Economic Development Director Ethan Pierce. “This opportunity connects our community’s talented workers with great local employers looking to hire.”

The Brownsburg Hiring Fair will provide job seekers with the opportunity to meet face-to-face with hiring managers and company representatives from prominent local businesses. Attendees can submit resumes, receive a digital professional headshot, engage in on-the-spot interviews and learn about available positions and career paths within various industries. A comprehensive list of participating companies is available at brownsburg.org/hiringfair.

“The Brownsburg Hiring Fair is a pivotal initiative that bridges the gap between job seekers and employers, empowering our community to thrive,” said Town Council President Travis Tschaenn. “We’re proud to have brought together nearly 100 participants last year, and I urge everyone to seize this unique opportunity for growth and collaboration.”

Employers interested in securing a booth at the fair can register online for $30 at laserfiche.brownsburg.org/Forms/HiringFair2025.
