The holidays are brighter than ever in Brownsburg! From festive parades and light displays to cozy markets and Santa visits, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this season.

Letters to Santa

Make sure Santa brings exactly what you want this Christmas by sending a letter!

Santa’s mailbox will be on Town Hall Green starting November 24. Be sure to include your name and address for a letter from Santa. Letters must be received by December 14 for a response.

Shop Local & Find Holiday Gifts

A cozy holiday display featuring a wooden bookshelf filled with Christmas-themed books, decorations, and toys. The shelf includes titles like 'Grandpa' and 'The Girl Who Made the Stars', along with festive ornaments and a plush bear.

Find the perfect gift for everyone on your list at The Holiday Shoppe at the Brownsburg Public Library! Beginning on November 29 and open during regular library hours, browse new and gently used items, home décor, books, gifts, and more. All proceeds benefit the Friends of the Brownsburg Public Library.

Brownsburg Spirit of Christmas Event

Santa Claus is coming to Brownsburg! Join Best Friends Coffee & Bagels, Green Street Pub & Eatery, and The Breakfast Co. for the 4th Annual Brownsburg Spirit of Christmas on Monday, December 1 from 5:30–7:30 PM at Green Street Pub & Eatery (911 N. Green St.).

This free community event includes:

  • Free photos with Santa
  • Cookies and hot chocolate
  • Toy and coat donations for local families in need

Admission is free.

Photos with Santa at Town Hall

Can’t make it to see Santa at the parade? You’ll have another chance to meet him during Photos with Santa at Brownsburg Town Hall Lobby! Hosted by the Brownsburg Kiwanis, families can snap self-taken photos with Santa and a lighted firetruck from the Brownsburg Fire Territory. Visit on Friday, December 12 and Saturday, December 13, open from 5-8 PM. Photos are free, but donations for Riley Children’s Hospital are encouraged.

Christmas Under the Stars

Join us as we celebrate 20 years of Christmas Under the Stars, Brownsburg’s beloved holiday tradition!

Winter Market, presented by Centier Bank

The festivities kick off with a Winter Market, presented by Centier Bank, at 4 p.m. on Town Hall Green (61 N. Green St.). Explore baked goods, decorations, unique gifts, jewelry, and more from over 30 vendors.

Apply to be a Winter Market vendor online.

Santa’s Workshop

Stop by Eaton Hall from 4-8 PM to make holiday-themed crafts, hosted by the Brownsburg Public Library.

Parade

Line the streets of Brownsburg for our annual Christmas Under the Stars Parade on December 6 at 6 PM! Over 25 floats will parade through Brownsburg, decorated in holiday lights. Float applications are accepted through November 21.

Route:

  • Parade begins on Main St. at Eastern Ave.
  • Travels west on Main St. to Green St.
  • Turns north onto Green St. to parade end at Enderly Ave.

Tree Lighting

Head back to Town Hall Green at 7:15 PM for the town’s tree lighting, led by the Jr. Grand Marshal.

Photos with Santa

After the parade, Santa will head back to Town Hall for Photos with Santa at 7:15 PM! Hosted by Brownsburg Kiwanis in the Brownsburg Town Hall Lobby, enjoy free photos with donations requested to Riley Children’s Hospital.

Light Displays in Brownsburg

Lights at Brownsburg Town Hall

The Brownsburg Town Hall beautifully illuminated with colorful lights and decorations during the holiday season, showcasing a festive atmosphere at night.

Starting December 6, park your car at Town Hall and tune your radio to 88.5 FM to enjoy a dazzling synchronized light show set to music!

Drive through Arbuckle Acres Park (200 N. Green St.) nightly starting December 6 through 10:30 PM to see whimsical light displays from gingerbread men to Santa himself!
