Visscher-Caravelle Selects Brownsburg for First North American Production Facility

The Town of Brownsburg and Browning are proud to welcome Visscher-Caravelle to the Northfield Drive East Commercial Building, where the company will establish its North American warehousing and distribution operations in support of its global business.  Headquartered in Genemuiden, Netherlands, Visscher-Caravelle has been a global Tier-1 automotive supplier for over 70 years, producing high-quality textile mats and car interior protection components for nearly every major automobile manufacturer worldwide.

Northfield Drive will be Visscher-Caravelle’s first North American consolidation center and logistics operation, reinforcing the company’s commitment to growth and innovation. With a formal opening this summer, this new facility will handle customer business across Canada, the United States, and Mexico, marking a significant milestone in Visscher-Caravelle’s expansion.

Visscher-Caravelle had many choices in the market, but Browning’s attention to detail, commitment to sustainability through LEED certification, and dedication to excellence made Northfield Drive the clear choice. Sustainability is a core value for both of our organizations.  Visscher-Caravelle invests heavily in recyclable products, actively reduces waste, and continually seeks to minimize energy use in its production facilities and offices. With a shared commitment to responsible development and environmental stewardship, this partnership reflects our mutual dedication to creating a more sustainable future.
