The project is being developed by Scannell Properties in partnership with Pepper Construction and Curran Architecture, with support from AES Indiana and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation.

“This facility represents a strategic investment in our customers, authors, and distribution strategy,” said Brian Murray. “The incentives provided by the state, town, and AES Indiana helped make this project in Brownsburg possible. Upon completion, it will be the most technologically advanced warehouse in the industry, positioning us for growth and the expansion of our third-party logistics services.”
