Join Brownsburg in honoring our heroes with a moving display of gratitude and remembrance.
Starting November 8, the Town of Brownsburg will feature an inspiring display of 250 United States flags arranged in a solemn formation at the Brownsburg Town Hall Green.
The new Field of Honor program honors the bravery and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans. Each flag represents an individual veteran and tells a unique story. Flags can be dedicated to honor individuals within our community.
Flags can be purchased for $50 and dedicated to a veteran (Sales open through September 30). The flags are American-made and 3’ x 5’. Each purchased flag will receive a certificate to recognize their donation. Purchased flags will be part of a moving display of 250 American flags, installed at Town Hall Green, 61 N. Green St., from November 8 through Veterans Day on November 11. Dedications will be recognized on signs throughout the Field of Honor.
To mark the beginning of the display, a special Veterans Day ceremony and field dedication will be held on Saturday, November 8, providing a meaningful way to honor those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Proceeds from the Field of Honor will benefit the Indiana National Guard Relief Fund, which provides vital financial support to Indiana service members and their families.
Flags can be purchased and dedicated online at brownsburg.org/fieldofhonor. After the event, purchased flags can be picked up at Brownsburg Town Hall beginning November 13.
