Brownsburg Square Welcomes Ulta Beauty and Celebrates Full Occupancy, Renovation Completion

Brownsburg Square is officially fully leased with the opening of Ulta Beauty today, Monday, July 14. The 13,232-square-foot store, located at 903 N. Green Street, brings the nationally recognized beauty retailer to Brownsburg, marking a major milestone in the shopping center’s transformation.

With Ulta’s arrival, Brownsburg Square achieves 100% occupancy, marking the completion of a series of improvements that have transformed the center into a vibrant retail destination for the Brownsburg community. Property owner Cole Group Realty initiated extensive renovations beginning in 2022 to modernize the 200,000-square-foot retail center in the heart of the Town’s commercial corridor. These improvements included exterior upgrades, the introduction of new retail concepts, and a redesigned site plan with enhanced access points as part of the revitalization strategy.

“Today marks not just the completion of a project, but the beginning of a vibrant new chapter for Brownsburg,” said Cole Group Realty. “We are thrilled to be a part of it”

Today, the shopping center hosts a variety of national brands, such as Kroger, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Michaels, Five Below, and Crumbl Cookie. Additionally, in 2024, Chipotle opened a freestanding location within the shopping center.

To support this reinvestment, the Town of Brownsburg installed a new traffic signal in 2021 at Northfield Drive and the Kroger entrance, improving safety and traffic flow for shoppers and area residents.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Ulta to Brownsburg Square and celebrate the completion of this redevelopment,” said Town Council President Travis Tschaenn. “These improvements reflect our continued efforts to attract quality businesses, support local investment, and enhance infrastructure in key commercial areas.”
