The Town of Brownsburg is accepting applications for various seasonal and summer internships. The positions focus on many areas of study, including natural resources, communications, recreation, and youth programming.
Summer Natural Resources and Communications interns will primarily engage in projects to develop college-level skills and abilities, participate in team activities, and gain exposure to municipal government and professional development. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in their field or a related area or have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience. Selected interns will work from May through August.
Youth programming positions will be responsible for summer camp activities and operations. These positions will work from May through July.
Parks Seasonal Grounds Laborer will work April through October to maintain Brownsburg’s parks and amenities.
